2002 Florida Duck Stamp

FL24 and 24A 2002 State Duck Stamp. Mint Never Hinged. Very Fine. The original painting showed the duck facing right but the design was accidentally flipped so the duck faced left. Florida reprinted about 1,000 stamps with the duck facing the right direction. Mottled Duck by John Nelson Harris.
