Orders are usually processed the next business day. All orders are shipped USPS first class mail. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped to addresses within the United States or Canada. Shipping to other countries is a flat rate of $2.00 regardless of the size of the order. Orders to the US take about 4-7 days in transit, orders to other countries may take considerably longer. Faster shipping methods are available (e.g. overnight) but you pay the charges. If you need faster shipping send us an email using the Contact Us form and we can figure something out.
TRACKING
Shipment tracking is included free of charge for all orders over $20.00 shipped to the United States. Tracking is not available for lower value orders or orders shipped to foreign countries due to excessive cost. Exceptions can be made, but you pay for the tracking. If you really need tracking and it is not provided, send us an email using the Contact Us form and we will figure it out.
RETURNS
Our return policy is simple. If you don't like it, send it back. For a full refund. You pay return postage. A heads-up email letting us know a return is coming would be appreciated.
